Since 1997 Arter Kinnisvara has developed and managed a total of over 500,000 square meters of real estate projects. Ever since then a number of quality environments for working, shopping and accommodation have been created.
The company has supported the ‘Unfinished City’ research project of the Estonian Academy of Arts, which analyzed Tallinn’s urban planning visions and future architectural development scenarios. They have installed various dignified sculptures in Tallinn: Three Monks in the Danish King’s Garden, Culture Wolf in front of Nordic Hotel Forum, and Äratus (Wake-Up) in Nõmme district. Arter has also financed the installation of a new lighting solution for the walls and towers of the Old Town of Tallinn, as a result of which more than 40 objects received modern facade lighting.
