The home of Telia, the largest telecommunications company in Estonia, is the high-rise building completed in 2017 in the WoHo hybrid quarter next to Paldiski Road. The forward-looking multifunctional project created by PIN Architects consists of two 14-story exclusive high-rise buildings and one 500-space parking garage. The innovative quarter has become one of the most valued and largest business and living environments in Tallinn, where buildings and the surrounding green environment create a unique whole. The building, which is home to Telia, has 9,000 m2 of office space and jobs for 800 employees. The energy-efficient building stands out for its exciting interior design as well as innovative technological solutions. The company’s employees are guaranteed all modern opportunities. The exterior solution of the building is also striking – in addition to the screens catching the gaze of Tallinners rushing along the highway, the metal façade of the building is illustrated by a Faraday cage protecting the communications company.
