The Cruise Terminal located on the Loodemuul at the Port of Tallinn received several awards at the 2021 construction and architecture sector awards – the building was honored with the titles of Concrete Building of the Year, the Cultural Endowment of Estonia’s Architecture Prize, and the Architect of the Year Award from the Estonian Association of Architects. The building, notable for its outstanding architectural appearance, serves two functions – acting as a gateway for international tourists arriving in Tallinn by cruise ships and as a promenade for city residents enjoying the rapidly developing waterfront area. Designed to be environmentally sustainable, the building is divided into two different levels according to its functions. Additionally, the Cruise Terminal, which has earned the international environmental label Green Key, is a popular event venue for various corporate and private events throughout the year, distinguished by its beautiful and modern interior architecture.
